We are thrilled to announce that, starting November 2023, the University of Tokyo Data Science School has officially partnered with the Center for Legal Data Science (CLDS) at the University of Zürich[1].

This collaboration has already facilitated several visits between the two institutions[2], during which we exchanged research ideas and explored future joint projects. We are confident that this international network will not only strengthen the research ties between our institutions but also broaden the reach and impact of data science, making it more inclusive and interdisciplinary.

Moreover, this partnership forms a key component of the strategic collaboration between universities aimed at enhancing research and education (UTokyo-ETHZ-UZH Strategic Partnership)[3].
